In the fully seated rugby game configuration the best seats in the London Twickenham Stadium are the first 20 rows in the lower tier blocks of the West and East stands (sections L4, L5, L6, L7, L24, L25, L26). Putting aside the 'so-close-to-the-players-I-can-smell-them' factor, the best seats are in rows 10 to 20. Sitting slightly higher up will give you better viewing angles when the game is being played on the opposite side of the pitch or near the end zones. It will also allow you to better appreciate the intricacies of teams' formations and players' positions. Please note that for some events (e.g. concerts) the ground forms a general admission standing area and/or floor seating. When buying your tickets you can use the venue seating charts on this page to find the individual seat numbers offering optimum central view of the playing field or the stage. Surrounding the pitch are four stands - West, East, North & South. The stands are divided into individual blocks which are located on three levels - lower, middle & upper tier. These are set on inclined risers so even the back rows can enjoy an unrestricted view. The lower tier includes rows numbered 1-39, the middle tier includes rows 51-75, and the upper tier includes rows A-O.
