The Manchester Arena is a fantastic venue and there isn't really a bad seat. However knowing the detailed plan will help you buy a best value ticket. Seats in the floor blocks are normally numbered 1-18 or 1-16 left to right when facing the stage. The floor is totally flat, so sitting in blocks D, E, F, G, H, J can be a problem for children or smaller people - especially as at most shows everyone on the floor stands up often for the whole duration of the event. Front rows in blocks A, B, C offer probably the best viewing experience for shorter people. Each of them has rows from A to Q. Blocks B, E, H are central so they are sometimes more expensive. In the lower and upper tier the seats are numbered from 1 upwards meaning for blocks 102 - 105 & 202 - 205 seat 1 is nearest to the stage but furthest from the stage for blocks 112 - 115 & 212 & 215. Level 100 blocks have rows from A to X, with the exception of block 103 (rows A to W) and block 114 (rows F to X). Front rows in blocks 102-104 and 113-115 have very good seats and offer great viewing experience. Level 200 blocks have rows from A to R, with the exception of blocks 202, 203 and 204 which have rows from A to P. Front rows in blocks 202-204 and 213-215 are also very good seats. However the seats in level 200 are sometimes referred to as ‘in the gods’ and for some people the back rows may be almost vertigo inducing.
